Approximately 498 athletes (228 girls and 270 boys) from 37 states participate in the competitions. The members of national team are also amid them.<\/p>\n<p>Two athletes of national team-Rustam Gasimov and Omar Javadov competed in 67kg bodyweight category of athletes U-17.<\/p>\n<p>In the final rankings, Omar Javadov got the 8<sup>th<\/sup> with a total of 249kg (119+130).<\/p>\n<p>Rustam Gasimov was 6th in snatch with a total of 116 kg, but he was able to perform better in clean and jerk.
