The second competition day of Azerbaijan Championship, between men, women and veterans holding in the competition hall of AZE WF Academy, in Shuvelan, is about to end. In the competition which is organized by Azerbaijan Youth and Sports Ministry and Azerbaijan Weightlifting Federation, approximately 100 athletes from all regions of country take part.<\/p>\n

All winners in the male weightlifting competitions were determined. Finally, competition in 85, 94, 105 and +105kg weight categories ended. Accordingly, Kamran Ismayilov, Nailkhan Nabiyev, Alish Nazarov and Azer Mammadli were gold medalists.<\/p>\n

The aim of this championship, dedicated to the 100th of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, is to increase and improve the athletes\u2019 skill levels, select technically trained athletes, determine the composition of National teams and to prepare for the following international competitions.<\/p>\n
